Moreno can leverage a deep knowledge and project experience in complex Business Unit set-up, Process and Organization re-engineering and optimization, Design & Execution of Change Management strategies, Innovation for Organization improvement.

 

He has successfully advised public and private clients in the area of HR/Organizational Performance Improvement, with particular focus on the Transportation and Services industries where he assisted global firms in carrying out Turnaround, PI & Innovation projects in many areas from service operations to corporate services.

 

As General Director of Catania Airport, Moreno has been responsible for the re-launch and consolidation of the aviation site and the development of value added services for B2B and B2C clients

 

In his career Moreno:

• Served as advisor to many different players in the transportation sector to redefine the HR strategy and support the design and execution of Transformation & Change Management programs. Clients include Meridiana Fly, Rome Airport, Catania Airport, High Speed Train Program (TAV), Rome Transportation Company (ATAC), Mediacom, Saritel, Thomson, Banco di Napoli, San Paolo Invest, Società Italiana Autori ed Editori (SIAE), CTS (Centro Turistico Studentesco e Giovanile), Aligrup SpA, Ministry of Treasure, Ministry of Justice

• Served as General Director of Catania Airport to define and execute the Holding Strategic Plan and to support the development of the subsidiaries responsible for Handling, Security, Parking and other "non aviation" services

• Served as HR & Quality Director in a primary Italian publishing and distribution company

• Served as HR Vice Director for Technical Operations in a primary European Airline

• Advised a primary European airline company in the definition of the new organizational strategy during a carve-out phase

• Advised key Italian players to design the Organizational strategy and the Governance Model in the launch of new business initiatives: Ministry of Transportation, leading Italian Teleco and primary European airline company

• In his successful experience as entrepreneur, he set up a network of Travel Agencies (HP Vacanze) later on merged into the Alpitour e Costa Crociere partnership.

 

Moreno has a Bachelor of Statistical & Demographic Science from University La Sapienza in Rome (Italy), where he collaborated as Operational Research Department Director for Organizational Innovation Programs.
